Douglas Suddaby
President
Since 1980, Doug has worked in the reprographics' industry in Vancouver. Starting at the bottom as a delivery driver, Doug soon moved into the production side of the business then to inside sales and customer service. It wasn’t long before he made the big move into a sales territory, where Doug’s understanding of the production process, coupled with his competitive nature and ability to earn the trust of his clients, has allowed him to maintain customers for decades. After working for 18 years in the industry, Doug’s dream was realized when Resolution Reprographics was founded in 1998.

Controller
Originally from Edmonton, AB, Kristen has a wide variety of experience in customer service, production and retail. She has managed inventory at large retail chain stores, as well as prepared and analyzed financial information for multiple companies in Canada and the US. Kristen has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC since 2012, and most recently obtained her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. With Resolution since 2013, Kristen’s focus is to streamline finance and operations in our organization, enabling us to better serve our customers sustainably.

G.M. Managed Print Services
Adam Armstrong brings a wide variety of experience to his role as General Manager of Managed Print Services. He has a background in project management, retail, loss prevention and has spent the past ten years in administrative and management roles in the IT field. He has an understanding of multiple software and hardware solutions, and has been responsible for large print fleets for national corporations. Adam uses his experience with internal print management and information systems to bring peace of mind to our clients, working with them to provide solutions to achieve their goals and save them time and money.

Richard joins Resolution Reprographics after 25 years with Xerox Canada Ltd. Rich brings a strong customer focus with a solid foundation in repairing and troubleshooting printing equipment. He takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience and understands the needs of customers in today’s business environment. Rich specializes in the field of colour management, process and quality control for proofing and printing equipment and has been certified as a G7 Expert by Idealliance. He also has achieved network certifications with Microsoft MCSA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, and A+
