Managed Print Subscription Repair and Cancellation Policies
Repair Policy
The terms and conditions for repairs under the Managed Print Subscription are specified in your subscription agreement. Repairs included within the scope of the subscription will be performed at no additional cost, except in cases where the issue arises from user error or inadequate maintenance by the customer. Examples of such exceptions include, but are not limited to service requests for cleaning scanner glass due to dust accumulation, unauthorized network reconfiguration of equipment, and damage caused by unauthorized moving/relocation of equipment.
Should a repair service be deemed billable, the customer will be notified in advance and provided with a detailed quotation for the anticipated costs.
Cancellation Policy
Resolution Reprographics reserves the right to terminate the Managed Print Subscription agreement upon the customer’s breach of any stipulated terms and conditions. Such termination will be communicated to the customer via written notice, provided at least ten (10) days prior to the cancellation date.
For customer-initiated cancellations, Resolution Reprographics requires a formal written notice of cancellation to be submitted no less than thirty (30) days before the intended termination date.
The removal of any equipment associated with the subscription will be coordinated with the Resolution Reprographics team and conducted in accordance with the specific terms outlined in the agreement.
