Refund Policy

Section 1: Print Orders

At Resolution Reprographics, we are dedicated to providing high-quality printing services that meet our customers' expectations. Please review the following refund policy applicable to print orders:

  1. Inspection Period
    Customers must inspect their print orders within ten (10) business days of receipt. Any discrepancies, including misprints, defects, or other concerns, must be reported within this timeframe.
  2. Reporting Issues
    To report an issue with a print order, contact our production team at the following email addresses, depending on the order location:
    • Burnaby Team: burnaby@resrep.com
    • Abbotsford Team: plots@fvrepro.com
      Include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if available, photographs of the affected items.
  3. Refund and Discount Eligibility
    Refunds or discounts for issues such as misprints or defects will be considered only if reported within the ten (10) business day inspection period.
    Claims reported beyond this period will be deemed invalid.
  4. Validity of Claims
    Valid claims must establish that the issue arose from a printing error, material defects, or deviations from the approved proof.
    Claims resulting from customer errors, such as incorrect file submissions, colour discrepancies due to monitor differences, or minor size variations, are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
  5. Resolution Options
    Upon verification of a valid claim, Resolution Reprographics may offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Reprint of the affected items at no additional cost.
    • A discount on the affected items or a future order, as deemed appropriate by our customer service team.
    • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature and severity of the issue.
  6. Exceptions
    This refund policy does not cover delays caused by external factors, such as shipping carrier delays or natural disasters.


Section 2: Products (Paper, Ink, Toner, or Parts)

  1. Eligibility Period
    Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original, unopened condition. Returns are also accepted for products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.
  2. Restocking Fee
    All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact our team at accounts@resrep.com. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
    Upon approval, further instructions for returning the product will be provided.
  4. Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, less the 25% restocking fee.
    Refunds will be issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of receiving the returned item.
  5. Customers Outside the Greater Vancouver Area
    Ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Resolution Reprographics cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
